We are looking for an independent appointment setter to conduct targeted outbound business-to-business (B2B) phone calls to commercial towing and roadside assistance companies. You do not have to close complex digital contracts or manage technical accounts—your sole responsibility is to identify operators with obvious digital visibility gaps, call the owner, and book them for a free 10-minute digital audit.
Consultations are scheduled directly onto our agency booking portal at https://cocrele.com/claim-your-free-towing-site-audit/. Once the appointment takes place, our agency principal leads the session and closes the contract. As soon as the client submits their first monthly invoice, you receive a flat $300.00 to $600.00 commission check.

*Commission rate ($300 – $600) depends on the service package signed by the client. Payment is strictly a one-time payout tied exclusively to the client’s first cleared monthly payment (no recurring monthly residuals). Checks are mailed within 10 business days of payment clearance. If a client delays payment beyond their invoice due date, the payout timeline extends until client funds clear. No commission is earned for uncollected or defaulted initial invoices.
Contractor Requirements & Equipment
- Hardware: Personal laptop or desktop computer with high-speed internet access and an active calling setup.
- Document Proficiency: Ability to open, update, and manage prospect lists in Microsoft Word (
.docx) and Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). - Google Business Profile Knowledge: Practical ability to verify whether a local company has an active Google listing, claimed profile, working phone number, or attached website.
- Communication: Fluent, professional, and articulate spoken English communication skills.
- Orientation: Completion of one mandatory 60-minute training session (remote video call or in-person) covering call flows and scheduling logistics.
Independent Contractor (1099) & Operational Cap Terms
Strict 1099 Classification: This role is strictly an independent contractor position. The contractor is not an employee, is not on company payroll, and does not receive benefits, minimum wage guarantees, health insurance, or workers’ compensation. A completed IRS Form W-9 is required prior to check disbursement. Contractors are solely responsible for all personal tax liabilities.
25-Client Agency Quota: To protect high service delivery standards, our agency caps total active operations at 25 clients. When the 25-client roster is reached (or active intake quota is filled), all outbound outreach immediately freezes. The contractor agreement enters an inactive hold with no active calling until client slots reopen, at which point notice is emailed to the contractor.
